Xendovo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Xendovo mobile application and wallpaper service, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data from the users of our App. The App operates without requiring any user registration, login, or submission of personal information.

2. Data Collection

Device Sensors: The App utilizes the device’s gyroscope and accelerometer sensors to detect device motion which allows the user to interact with the visualizations, and no motion sensor data is retained longer than what is strictly necessary to facilitate this interactivity.
Touch Input: The App uses touch input to adjust the settings of each visualization but does not broadcast or retain any of the touch gesture data that was detected.

3. Data Usage

Local Storage: Changes to the settings of each visualization option are automatically saved to the device. This data is used solely for remembering the user’s visualization settings the next time the App is opened and to ensure that the live wallpaper service retains these preferences whenever the device is restarted. The App never broadcasts any of this data, and does not store it outside of the App’s unique private file directory.

4. Data Sharing

Third-Party Services: We do not share any user data except for what may be collected by Google AdMob in terms of ad preferences. Please refer to Google AdMob's Privacy Policy for more information.

5. User Rights

Data Deletion: Since no data is collected by us, the deletion of the App from your device will remove all user preference data stored within the App's unique private file directory.

6. Security Measures

Data Security: User preference data is securely stored within the App's unique private file directory, protected from exposure unless the device itself is compromised.

7. Data Retention

Retention Period: User preference data is only retained on the device, and only until the App is uninstalled.

8. Children's Privacy

COPPA Compliance: Our App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for users of all ages.

9. Policy Changes

Updates to Privacy Policy: We may update our privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be provided to the user in such a manner that they must agree to the new terms before continuing to use the App.
